Founded in August 1994 COSCO (Lianyungang) Liquid Loading & Unloading Equipment Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of China COSCO Shipping Corporation Limited. Remote Safe Operation Service Platform for Oil Delivery Arm: It is a product that uses Internet technology to upload the real-time operation status and information of equipment to the cloud service platform of the equipment, so as to realize the online real-time maintenance and guarantee the safe operation of the equipment by equipment maintenance personnel and manufacturers' technicians during the operation of the equipment. Marine loading/unloading arm: a product used to transfer liquid or gaseous product between the wharf and the pipeline system of the tank ship.

Land loading/unloading arm: the equipment is used to transfer liquid or gaseous product between pipeline and tanker.

LNG Ship Loading and Unloading Arm: It is a product used to transfer liquid cryogenic LNG between the wharf and the pipeline system of LNG tank ship. At present, this equipment only has the research and development production capacity of the fluid company.

LNG loading and unloading arm for land use: it is a low-temperature loading and unloading equipment specially developed for loading and unloading liquefied natural gas tankers. This product fills the blank in domestic industry, and the company also has an invention patent for this product.

LNG loading skid: this product organically combines low-temperature loading and unloading arm, automatic control instrument, computer control technology, network technology and communication technology, etc. It realizes automatic loading and information management of LNG tanker loading station, and reduce labor intensity, and potential safety hazards, improve loading efficiency and ensure production safety.

-skid-mounted LNG filling station: it is an integrated skid-mounted equipment that unloads LNG raw gas from LNG tanker to LNG storage tank, and refills LNG fuel for LNG vehicle through LNG filling machine after pressure regulation. It is characterized by flexibility, small floor area, and all process equipment in the station are installed on one skid. It’s overall size is small, so it is suitable for car handling operation, and the construction period is short.

Large crane pipe and automatic control system: designed for fast loading of large and medium-sized refineries and railway tankers.

Double-sealed guide valve: it is a high-performance valve with double seal structure, i.e. both upstream and downstream of the pipeline are sealed at the same time, and each sealing surface has both soft and hard seals.

Quick release hook: it is a kind of special equipment installed at the wharf and used for ship cable twisting and mooring, and is a substitute for traditional mooring piles.

Quantitative control instrument: it is also known as batch controller, which is a new type of intelligent automatic control instrument developed by the company according to the requirements of petrochemical storage and transportation automation. The quantitative control instrument is connected to complete sets of equipment such as flowmeter, loading valve, thermometer, electrostatic grounding clamp, overflow prevention switch, and loading pump, etc. on the loading site to realize quantitative and safe loading.

Conventional oil loading skid system: it is mainly used for exporting loading control system. It integrates the instruments and equipment in each loading crane into a special frame structure. After being assembled and tested in the factory, it can be directly put into use when transported to the site, thus shortening the project construction period and improving the system quality.

Gangway: It is a device for the crew to get on and off the ship safely and smoothly during the docking operation of modern large oil tanker.

Hose crane: it is a special equipment used for lifting and transporting medium hoses in the process of loading and unloading fluid medium.

-trestle bridge: it is a platform convenient for operators to use land loading and unloading arm to load and unload tankers.

-gas recovery device: it is an emission reduction, energy saving and environmental protection device. It is widely used in liquid loading and unloading stations, tank farms and docks to recover gasoline or other volatile gases such as economy and lipid.

-Oil and gas recovery ship-shore interface safety device: the device can monitor parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, oxygen content, voc, etc. online, and can realize the functions of automatic self-inspection, automatic alarm and automatic protection; At the same time, it can keep linkage with the oil transportation operation of the shore station and the operation on board the ship for abnormal situations such as overpressure, vacuum, overflow, combustion and explosion, so as to ensure the safety of the ship and shore equipment.

Product Application

Land equipment

TLA is mainly used to transfer liquid or gaseous products between pipeline systems and tank trucks.It covers the loading and unloading operations of almost all types of tank trucks in the domestic market, and some of its products have entered the international market, and are widely used in refineries, chemical plants, crude oil transfer stations, refined oil transfer stations, oil depots, terminals and gas stations, etc. It is an ideal loading and unloading equipment for various fluid handling departments or units.

Hydraulic covered submersed loading arm

This product is specialized equipment for loading rail tanker, it is comprised of hydraulic covered submersed loading arm, pulling device and automatic loading control system.Hydraulic covered submersed loading arm is comprised of lifting device, moving carriage, collection dipper, hydraulic power station, etc.Pulling device is comprised of transmission device, pulling trolley, tensioning device, etc. It pull the tanker moving to make the loading hole stay under the loading arm roughly.

Platform

This product is used for top loading in oil tankers and rail tankers, and it is convenient for operators to use land loading arms to load and unload tank trucks.It is composed of four parts: escalator (ladder), bridge deck, guardrail, and column, etc., which adopts separate assembly structure. The escalator and bridge deck, bridge deck and column, guardrail are all connected by bolts, which is convenient for disassembling and assembling.The platform surface is laid with decorative pattern board or steel grid board. The specific requirements of size, structure and material can be designed according to customer requirements, and can also be designed with canopy.

Folding stair

It is Used to establish a safe passage between the platform and the tanker.It mainly consist of the step, handrail, spring cylinder balance system and so on.Steps are made into dentiform grid plate, to preventing the operator from falling while raining snowing or in greasy condition.The structural is very solid, it is designed to bear more than 300 kg. The overall construction is galvanized treatment, beautiful, durable. Designed into two-step ladder, three-step ladder, four-step ladder and five-step ladder according to the specific size of the site.

Marine loading&unloading arm (MLA)

Marine loading&unloading arms are designed to transfer liquid or gasous materials between a wharf (including a pontoon, etc.) and the piping system of a vessel.It covers all types of domestic loading&unloading occasions on the dock, and widely used on docks of CNPC, sinopec, cnooc, civil aviation, military and port office, etc., and has entered the international market. Our products have been successful used in the major projects of Vopak, Formosa plastics, Iran's oil and other advanced foreign enterprises.

Gangway

The gangway is an equipment for people boarding &disembarking safely and favorably during oil tanker operating at modern size dock.In order to speed up ship loading and unloading operations and ensure the safety of personnel, it is an inevitable choice to replace ship accommodation ladder with gangway.The gangway and the oil arm have become indispensable large - scale operation equipment in oil jetty.

Hose crane

Hose crane is a lifting device to connect loading hose with the vessel, it can be designed and manufactured according to the site envelope to meet the requirements of different size vessel loading and unloading with the flexible hose.

The release hook

The release hook is a kind of special equipment which is installed on the jetty of the river and sea and used for the ship's warping and mooring.It is mainly composed of a decoupling mechanism and a warping mechanism.This product not only reduces the labor intensity of the workers, improves the labor efficiency, but also guarantees the safety, reliability and durability of the wharf, which is widely used in all kinds of jetty.

Tank area monitoring

The monitoring and management system of LTC-G200 tank area is a combination of computer control technology, network technology and communication technology. It specializes in the DCS control system of petrochemical storage and transportation enterprises, and realizes the monitoring and management of the storage tank area, the process pipeline, pumping house and various measuring devices.

LTC-G200 tank area monitoring and management system is divided into three levels: data acquisition layer, control operation layer and information management layer.

Quantitative control system

In petrochemical industry and petrochemical storage and transportation enterprises, the loading operation is frequent. In order to improve the efficiency of loading and ensure the safety of loading, the distributed LTC-x300 quantitative loading control system developed by our company can meet the demand for the quantitative loading of various tankers and rail tankers loading arms.

Loading&unloading skid

LTC-LNG600 loading and unloading skids is manufactured in accordance with international standards,it is used for LNG vehicle loading process control of special equipment. LNG loads in the factory and we makes the mass flowmeter, static grounding alarm controller, pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter, load flow control valve, emergency shutoff valve, batch controller equipped in a skids assembly, and completes the instrument and electrical installation, the strength test, the air tightness test and the cryogenic test and so on. When the loading skids arrive at the user's loading site, it can be put into use after anchor bolts, pipelines and power supply being connected.

Break-away coupling

Cryogenic storage and transport in the process of liquefied natural gas (LNG) tank lorry is connected together with the storage and transportation station pipeline for loading/unloading medium, when fired

, tanker slide and other dangerous situation threatens the tanker and field pipeline, safety equipment, the break-away coupling can ensure the tanker and the base line separate quickly and without product handled leakage, to ensure safety.

Double block&bleed plug valve

Double block&bleed plug valve (DBB) is the only valve with double - off and release function in China.It with a feature that vertical movement of the seal relative to the valve body -- a "wedge" design that uses an elastic’s seal ring to transfer wear to the intermediate surface, eliminating a common problem in valves: seal abrasions.In the process of rotation, the seal and the valve body always maintain a certain gap, so that the seal can do free movement.There is no friction between the seal surfaces, so the seals will not wear.

Cryogenic valve

The main function of this valve is to connect or disconnect the fluid in the pipeline, with the help of a handle or other drive device in the valve stem upper shaft to exert a certain amount of rotation and pass it to the ball make it rotate 90 degrees, then the ball through hole and body channel center line coincidence or vertical, the ball valve completed the full open or full closed action.
